Disadvantages:

Bulgaria as a member of European Union became more attractive for investors but still need to find way to manage and reduce an effect of some disadvantages:

- Inoperative bureaucracy;

- The judiciary system is slow and inefficient; there are many scandals and doubts about its independents;

-The corruption is spread out to all level of government.

- The intellectual property is not protected so well and all copyright laws are not implements so well;

- A large amount of population has low incomes.

The outsourcing companies, start-up and software developers are company of fast-growing sector of technology business. The reason of that are skillful workforce and the fact that they are outside of permitting regime.
